JESUS TOOK THE SIN OF THE WORLD
Jesus took the sin of the world.
He died for you and me.
He had to make this choice,
so we could all be free.
As He spoke these words,
Father, please take this cup from me,
He spoke again, to say,
not my will, but your will it must be.
In His choice, He set us free.
Free from fear and unforgiveness.
Free from shame and guilt.
Free from ourselves, as we choose to repent.
His will is the only one,
that brings reconciliation.
His will is the only way,
that brings peace and redemption.
Today, may we choose Jesus,
and pray for each other,
may we walk in only His light,
as we walk through life together.
